Each specialty business license carries its own costs and there may be additional costs for background investigations, vehicle costs, and inspection fees. For instance, if your business requires a new liquor license, you will be expected to pay a $500.00 non-refundable investigation fee and additionally, a $500.00 liquor license fee. There may be additional costs for other inspections, licenses, and/or permits. 

Business licenses carry their own renewal dates, depending on the type of business license for which you are applying. Your name, address, phone number, and your social security number will need to be supplied, and you will need to provide a signature to verify that you understand all ordinances and conditions set in place for operating a business in Plymouth, MN. Your signature also denotes that you have provided only true and accurate information on your business license application and that if you choose to withhold any information, which is your right, your business license application will be denied.
