If at least one of you is a resident of Lucas County, you can apply for a marriage license at the Lucas County Probate Court. If you are from out of state, you can also apply for a marriage license at the Lucas County Probate Court if you intend to have your wedding ceremony in Lucas County. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Fridays are generally the busiest days at the office so you may experience a longer wait time if you apply for your marriage license on a Friday. What are the requirements for us to apply for our marriage license in Toledo, Ohio?
