What other Flagstaff permits or licenses will you need?

As mentioned above, all new businesses will need to file a Utilities Department business questionnaire which consists of information about the physical location of your business, whether you are going to be using the city water system, if food will be handled as part of your business, whether you are going to create any wastewater as part of your business, if any potentially hazardous materials will be generated, stored or used at your business site, etc.  A licensing eligibility form requests information about your citizenship and whether you are legally operating a business in the state of Arizona.

Some of these conditions include not using more than 1/5 of the total square footage of your home to conduct your business, that only one sign which is no larger than two feet squared may be used to advertise that a business is being ran in your home, etc.  You will need to be in compliance and familiar with all the regulations and conditions for a home occupation in order that your permit not be denied or revoked.
