There is only one location where you and your spouse to be may apply in Haverhill, this is at the City Clerk’s Office which is found at City Hall. The address is:

It is important to know that the Marriage License Form is not available online and can only be obtained physically at the City Hall from the City Clerk’s Office. There are only a few exceptions to having to apply for your Marriage Certificate in person, they are incarceration or military duty.
